About me

After 20 years of working as a creative in the advertising industry, I realised I wanted to make a major career change. It wasn't easy. While freelancing, I completed a 2-year mindfulness teachers training programme and became fascinated with the way that mindfulness skills can help people approach life. I continued my studies in psychology and am now working as a registered counsellor. Every day I am grateful for my mindfulness practice, how it informs my counselling and enriches my life.

I live in Sea Point with my husband and daughter.
