HPCSA Registered Counsellor
Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
About me
I am a counsellor based in Sea Point, offering both in-person and online sessions. I am passionate about supporting people through times of change—those moments in life where things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or no longer aligned.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating transitions—relocating to a new country, moving through midlife changes, experiencing shifts in relationships, or questioning their sense of identity and direction.
These moments can feel destabilising, but they also hold the potential for growth, clarity, and meaningful change.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent 20 years working in the corporate and creative industries. This gives me a grounded understanding of high-pressure environments, burnout, and the complexities of balancing work, identity, and wellbeing.

I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including expats and individuals adjusting to life in Cape Town. I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and belief systems.
